Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new eyewear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-priced items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the eyewear in its original case and shipping box, ensuring all tags and cleaning cloths are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
